The Green Materials Revolution: Partnering with Suppliers
Since different raw materials carry different environmental footprints, we are committed to continuously improving material recyclability and refining the recycling system, thereby achieving systemic environmental improvements across the entire value chain.
Energy Optimization
From Clean Production to Green Energy
Energy optimization is not just about saving energy; it is about driving transformation.
- Clean Production: On the clean production front, we are equipped with internationally advanced waste gas treatment systems. We implement efficient management of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) using technologies such as Regenerative Thermal Oxidizers (RTO). This achieves a VOC removal rate exceeding 95%, with emission concentrations far below national standards, effectively safeguarding air quality and employee health.
-Green Energy: Regarding green energy, we fully utilize our factory rooftop space to construct large-scale photovoltaic power generation systems. With an annual output of X million kWh, this is equivalent to reducing carbon dioxide emissions by X thousand tons per year—approximately equal to the carbon sequestration benefits of planting X thousand trees.
