TPU Drop Stitch Inflatable Material

This premium material combines high-tenacity polyester yarns with eco-friendly Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) films. Unlike standard PVC, TPU offers superior abrasion resistance, excellent low-temperature flexibility, and is fully recyclable, making it the top choice for sustainable manufacturing. The drop stitch core allows the material to inflate into rigid, flat panels capable of withstanding high pressures (up to 15-20 PSI). It is ideally suited for high-end Stand-Up Paddleboards (SUPs), inflatable kayaks, and rescue boats where weight reduction and environmental compliance are critical. The material bonds exceptionally well with adhesives, ensuring long-lasting structural integrity in demanding water sports applications.
